Is there an age requirement?
Students must be at least 16 years old to register.

How do I know what level to choose for registration?
Before registering, you must choose an appropriate instructional level. If you need help, visit our Course Levels/Self-Placement webpage. Our staff cannot make a recommendation for you.

Whom do I contact if I have questions?
Please call 541-383-7240 or email cossi@cocc.edu. We are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (Closed during lunch hour 12-1 p.m.)

How do I register?
Once you have chosen your level, you can register by phone at 541-383-7240 or Register Online. We accept credit and debit cards (except American Express).

What if I picked the wrong instructional level?
We will be contacting you before the program begins to confirm that you are in the correct level. If you need help, visit our Course Levels/Self-Placement webpage. Changes to language levels can only be made on the first day.

Is student housing available for those traveling?

SCP Redmond Hotel – downtown Redmond’s “it” hotel, has offered a discounted rate to

students of COSSI who are staying in Central Oregon in June. With a field-to-fork dining

program, a rooftop bar, exercise room, and prime location, SCP Redmond Hotel is a great

place to stay during your time in Central Oregon.

- The discount is generous, but pricing fluctuates depending on availability.
- Students are encouraged to book early in order to obtain the best rate

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued to COSSI students who cancel by 5:00pm on June 10, 2024. A partial refund of $300 will be issued for those canceling between 5:01pm on June 10 to 5:00pm on June 17, 2024.No refunds for those canceling after 5:00pm on June 17, 2024.
