How Do I Use The COCC Password Manager Tool?

NEW ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

  • Activate your COCC Account
    • Visit COCC Password Manager.
    • Select "Activate Account."
    • Enter your COCC Username (COCC email address).
    • Type the characters in the textbox and click "continue."
    • Verify your identity by having an email sent to your personal email address.
    • Enter your new password.
    • Confirm your new password.
    • Click “Reset Password.”

 

I FORGOT MY USER NAME OR PASSWORD

  • How to Lookup your COCC Username
    • Visit COCC Password Manager
    • Select “Lookup Username."
    • Enter your last name.
    • Enter your birthdate.
    • Enter your personal email address.
    • Click “Submit."
    • Your Username will be sent to your personal e-mail address.

     If you no longer have access to this personal email account or do not remember your personal e-mail address, you can contact the Student Technical Support line at (541) 383-7716 for further assistance.

  • How to Reset your Password
    • Visit COCC Password Manager
    • Select "Reset Password"
    • Enter your COCC Username (COCC email address).
    • Enter the characters in the text box.
    • Click “continue."
    • Verify your identity by either:
      • answering the security questions
      • have an email sent to your personal email address.
    • Enter your new password.
    • Confirm your new password.
    • Click “Reset Password."

ACCOUNT UPDATES

  • Update your Security Questions
    • Visit COCC Password Manager
    • Enter your COCC Username and Password to sign into the Password Manager
    • Verify your identity by having an email sent to your personal email address.
    • Click the "Enrollment" tab.
    • Under Security Questions & Answer, click on the pencil icon next to "verify my security questions."
    • Click "Modify" to change your questions and answers.
    • Once changed, click "Update" to confirm.
  • Update your Personal Email
    • Sign into your Bobcat Web Account.
    • Under the Student tab, select "Personal Information."
    • Under Personal Email Address, click on the pencil icon to update your personal email.
    • Click "Update" when finished.

Tip:  When asked for your Domain User Name, enter your COCC email address
