"Intra-mural" literally means "within walls."  Intramural (IM) Sports provide students, faculty, staff, and community members of all skill levels with the opportunity to play for fun and compete on campus.  This is a great way to meet new people in your sport community.

IM Volleyball League (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Coed Intramural Volleyball league is FREE for students, faculty, and staff of all abilities Wednesday evenings during fall, winter and spring terms in Mazama Gymnasium. OSU-Cascades Students can complete paperwork to waive participation fee.  Non-student Community members pay $40 per term.  Teams of 4 must have at least 2 women.

Fall Term online registration will go live on Sep. 26 @ 4pm, and will fill up within minutes. 
Registration is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. One member from each team registers to secure their team's spot.  All team members must also register.  Players pay and complete the waiver before playing.  Prior to registration,  Thursday Sep. 26 from 6-8pm will be an open play time to find new players for your roster!
League play starts Wednesday Oct. 2. 
Intermediate League games:  6 - 8pm
(non-competitive and fun)
Advanced League games:  8 -
10pm
(competitive and fun)

IM Basketball League (Fall, Winter)

This coed league is often the highest level of competitive basketball in Bend.  Intramural Basketball league is FREE for students, faculty, and staff Monday nights from 6pm - 10pm during Fall and Winter terms in the Mazama Gymnasium. Non-student community members pay $60 per term.

3v3 Basketball League -coed (Fall, Winter, Spring)

The Coed 3-on-3 Basketball League is for students, staff and faculty only, Fridays 6pm - 8PM. This is self-officiated, and is organized by student leaders.  Each team must have a female participant (how they sub is their choice).  In addition, 1 point must be scored by a female each game for that win to count and for the team to advance.  The deadline to add male players to your team is the 2nd night of the league, but teams can continue to add female participants to the team throughout the term.

 


Women's Basketball Open Gym (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Mazama Gym will be reserved for a FREE women's only open gym time for students and community members Saturday's from 10am-11:30amWe look forward to seeing you on the court!  If you have a group of women that want to play at a different time, please contact us!

 


Women's Soccer  (Fall, Winter, Spring)

We're growing our Women's Soccer group - join us!  The Mazama Field and Gymnasium are reserved Fall, Winter & Spring at preferred times by the students in the club for practices and pick-up play.




Running Club (Fall, Winter, Spring)

The Running Club is open to individuals of any ability level and pursuing any running-related goal, from 100 meters to 50 miles, track, road, and trail running, and from beginner runners to competitive runners. If you want people to run with, come join us! There will be opportunities to do easy runs or workouts, depending on your goals.  The Running club meets at the COCC Track on the Bend Campus.




tennisTennis Club (Fall, Spring)

Join the Coed Tennis Club and play with other students. The COCC Tennis Courts are reserved at preferred times by the students in the club, and is subject to change based on student schedules.


Climbing Club (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Join our Climbing Club and meet other climbers for your own adventures or FREE events at Local Climbing Gyms and uses the climbing wall in Mazama Fitness Center.

Ultimate Frisbee (Fall, Spring)

Come play Ultimate!  This is a coed program organized by student leaders to play fun and competitive games.  Mazama Field is reserved Fall and Spring at preferred times by the students in the club and is subject to change based on student schedules.  Join for more info!

Ride and Ski Club (Winter)

Join the Ride and Ski Club to meet others who ski, snowboard and other snowsports. Students in the club get FREE lift tickets for "Thrifty Thursdays" at Hoodoo Ski Resort on certain weeks Winter term.

soccerIndoor Soccer (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Coed semi-organized pickup games are FREE for students, faculty, and staff of all abilities.  Indoor Soccer takes place in Mazama Gymnasium Tuesdays 6 - 8pm.

 


"Wickiup Kickiup" Kickball Game (Fall, Spring)

"Wickiup Kickiup" Winter 2022

Kickball games on Mazama Field are a great way to have fun and reframe negative childhood sports memories.  Students and staff often say post-game," That was awesome - I haven't played this game since I was a kid!"

Golf Tournaments (Fall, Spring)

Tournaments are 9 holes, individual play (your own ball).  Please bring your own clubs, your own water and a snack, and show up 10 minutes early.  We play at Meadow Lakes Golf Course in Prineville.

Student vs. Staff Dodgeball Game (Fall)

As a part of our Stress-Free Finals Week, we host a students vs. staff dodgeball game in Mazama Gymnasium. If there's a particular instructor or employee that you want to throw dodgeballs at, please encourage them to register!

Students vs. Staff Basketball Game (Winter)

The Students vs. Staff Basketball game takes place during COCC's March Madness - between the 5v5 IM Basketball League playoff games and the Championship game. The staff will be out there having fun, and trying to win!
