Policies:
Pre-registration Required for All Courses
Register through Community Education at Enrole.com/cocc or call 541-383-7270 prior to the start date. Payment is required at the time of
registration. Course fee covers registration for one person unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations received five days prior to the start of the course will receive a full
refund. Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone 541-383-7270 or email:
ceinfo@cocc.edu. Full refunds are also issued for any course cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued
to your credit card or via check if you paid by check or cash. The checks will be
mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date. Failure to participate in a course
or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are
noted in our online registration system and in the printed schedule. If you have any
questions, please call us at 541-383-7270.
Age Requirement
Anyone age 16 or older may attend Community Education courses or workshops unless
otherwise noted. Youth under age 16 may attend courses and camps in the Youth Program
as indicated in each course description. Students must meet the age requirement at
the time of the first class.
Community Education Social Media Policy
The Community Education social media pages are a resource of Central Oregon Community
College. However, any and all content posted by "fans" is the property and responsibility
of the fans, not COCC, and may not reflect the view of the College.
We encourage you to share your opinions and comments freely. The freedom to post, though, comes with the responsibility to do so in a professional manner. Conversations will be moderated and any posts that are considered to be offensive, inappropriate, derogatory, discriminating or threatening in nature, will be deleted at the sole discretion of COCC.
Commercial offers or spam are not permitted and will be removed from the site.
If you are featured in a photo posted on this page and do not wish to be please e-mail COCC Community Education at ceinfo@cocc.edu to have the photo removed.

COCC Alert: Emergency Notification System Information
COCC Alert sends alerts to quickly communicate emergency information. Alerts are also
sent when the college is closed or classes are delayed due to weather or road conditions.
If you are a Community Education student or a community member without a COCC email
address, you may receive COCC text alerts.
Start receiving alerts by texting: "COCCAlert" to 226787
Cancel by replying: "STOP COCCAlert" to 226787 or any alert message.
NOTE: You can start and stop your text alert at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Accessibility
In advance of College events, persons needing accommodation or transportation because
of a physical or mobility disability should contact Caitlyn Gardner at 541-383-7237.
