In Honor of Jo Barrett
"In Honor of Jo Barrett" - This volcanic rock and associated placard is located on
the north side of Jefferson, and was dedicated in August 1983. It reads, "In recognition
of the landscaping suggestions and contributions which have helped make the Central
Oregon Community College a more beautiful place."
